What we collect
Your name, contact details, appointment details, information you choose to share about your skin or health, and payment confirmation details. We never see or store your card details — payments are processed by PayFast.
Why we collect it
To manage your bookings, send confirmations and reminders, provide safe and suitable treatments, respond to inquiries and meet our legal obligations. We only send marketing if you opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, secure hosting), under confidentiality obligations. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to provide our services and as required by law (including health and tax records), after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to processing. Contact us at bookings@dotbeautyafrica.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
